On special request, we can remove our logo on our shipping label and boxes. So it will be safe shipping to home or work, no one will be able to tell what's in the package. Your order will arrive in a standard discreet UPS box, Priority Box, Brown wrapping paper box or brown envelopes for lighter items.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

We take great care in packing your items so that they can arrive safely, Unfortunately carriers do not always treat them as such. If your package arrives damaged please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us within the first 3 business days with your claim number. Our warehouse is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages once they are received by the carrier.

If your package's tracking states delivered but you cannot locate it please contact the carrier to file a claim within the first 3 business days. Our warehouse is not responsible for any theft once the package is delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to anticipate, track, and locate their delivered package.

Delayed Shipping:

If our warehouse has a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified via email and be informed when the package will ship. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed by the carrier.
